TOWER DESIGN
4 Shelf tower NO CORRO Clips
All shelves angled back 10 degrees with reverse shelf lip
Shelves to hold 3 INNERS = total product width of 280mm W x 252mm Depth
Header = Simple 3D adjunct of pack shot but no foam block, use cardboard as a preapplied
adjunct which flattens and pops up in place in store.
Gap/height between shelves to fit tallest product 170mm H Snak'It but these become 140mm H
once inner opened. Allow for shopability above this and work to overall tower height 1100mm +
300mm H header.
Supply x2 shelf inserts with tower to suit only x2 inners on the shelf rather than 3. Shelf insert to
be simple to construct, ideally premade given it will be so small and can fit in the carton. Shelf
insert design to have gap on either side as well as in the middle of the x2 inners, so that the left
and right gap don’t look as big.
Allow for sides to have diecut holes of pretzel shapes (or pack artwork to be supplied on FA)
See Kinder tower pic attached, we would like to replicate the left and right shelf front corners. No
need for scalloped sides, just straight up & down.
HOLDING / WEIGHT TESTING:
All 4 shelves must hold 3 x Snak it inners wide
Each shelf will need to hold approx. 2kg, but overload and weight test 45kg as other products
may be used on shelves 34
Each Snak it inner measures 87mm W x 250mm D x 170mm H, 500g GW each inner = 1.5kg per
shelf
Knifeline of Snak'It inners attached for reference. Note height 170mm H is closed box, will be
approx 140mm H when opened.

Print & Mount 170gsm Artpaper to both sides of DWLB
Include internal 3rd layer board for reinforcement between side walls & added structural support
